Oh. My. God.
I am so excited - - I can hardly stand it!
Here's the scoop - -
Back in January, the Online Support Technician for the College resigned. They posted the job internally near the end of January. This is an area of great interest to me, and I have quite a bit of skill and background in this area. (But I am by NO MEANS an "expert" - - heck, I got LOTS and LOTS to learn!).
ANYWAY - -
I applied for the job. And then started waiting.
And waiting.
AND WAITING . . .
Until FINALLY - - last week - - they contacted me and set up an interview.
I had my interview the past Monday. They offered me the job the past Monday. And I accepted it immediately.
I am SOOOOOO happy! This is the direction I have wanted my career to go for a long time, and now it will be.
